Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we are using a number of providers. Please contact us, if you’d like a special delivery. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we are not shipping outside the United Kingdom. However, if you’re really keen to get your order, please contact us. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

This will depend on the shipping provider used, as we are seeing delays with a number of providers during the Covid-19 UK lockdown.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

At the moment, we are taking all of our payments via PayPal. A globally trusted system, that gives us confidence in transfers. It also means that, if there any issues (we have had 0 incidents to date), that our customers are safe also. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We are currently using some of the latest systems for eCommerce, that are trusted throughout the globe. Passwords are encrypted, which means we don’t even know how long your password is! Would you use Amazon?

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

We prefer if you can take orders through our e-commerce system. However, you can also email us to complete your order! 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please email us as soon as possible, so that we can change the order. In the event that the items have been sent, we will not refund until the items have been returned as per the condition the package left us.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You are more than welcome to create an account, or checkout without one. Please note, if you use a guest checkout, your data for the order will still be kept until the order has been successfully delivered. 

How Do I Track My Order?

If we are behind, or are aware of an issue in shipping, we will contact you ASAP. Please also check your emails (including the spam account), but we do also have a tracking page, the link is found in the footer of each page. Use your order ID – on an official email from us, and the billing email address used.
